Using Zendesk for Control4 and Automation Issues

You can send requests and tickets for Control4 (or any Automation team tasks) through Zendesk.

How can you send an Automation task?

• Email SSWControl4@pdi-ssw.zendesk.com (Preferred)

OR

• Lodge a ticket through Zendesk manually.

Urgent/safety-related issues

If you've found a safty-related issue (e.g. electrical or physical security) or an urgent task that needs to be done ASAP, call the Automation Team's Scrum Master (Kiki) straight away.
