Meetings at SSW should be run strictly to their agendas. Parking lots (smaller meetings with a subset of the attendees, held directly after the meeting) are used for any tangent topics that come up.

Sales Meeting - record video for Finance Meeting (monthly)

Attendees: Adam and Uly

Agenda:

  • Uly and Adam go over all numbered sales reports
  • Record video and post it (unlisted) on Adam's Youtube Channel, so the Finance Meeting attendees can watch it (usually the following day)

Finance Meeting (monthly)

Attendees: Adam and Accountants

Agenda:

  • Watch the video from the Sales meeting
  • Watch the Balance Sheet Reconciliation video
  • Watch the Finance Meeting video

Hangzhou Finance Meeting (monthly)

Attendees: Adam, Accountants, Piers, and Alvin

Agenda:

France Finance Meeting (monthly)

Attendees: Jean, Adam, Ana, Stephan, French Accountants

Agenda:

Sales Meeting (Clients/Resourcing - every 2 weeks)

Attendees: Account Managers

Agenda:

Every fortnight, we’ll go over current account issues, resourcing, and general catch-up:

Sales Meeting (Opportunities - every 2 weeks)

Attendees: Account Managers

Agenda:

  1. What are everyone’s top 3 opportunities?
  2. Neglected: Are there any opportunities haven’t been followed up as expected?
  3. Is everyone speaking to clients (sales activities)?
  4. Are there any dead opportunities that should be closed?
  5. Conversion rates and reasons for wins/losses

All Account Managers to go over all sales opportunities

Management Meeting (every month)

Attendees: Anyone allocated tasks in the Management Backlog

Agenda:

  1. Sprint Review
  2. Sprint Retrospective
  3. Sprint Planning

Note 1: We do the "🙋‍♂️ Management Daily Scrum" for this every Thursday
Note 2: Australia, China, and France all have their own instance of this, with their own backlogs

Marketing Meeting (every month)

Attendees: Relevant Stakeholders

Agenda:

  1. Use the relevant list on SharePoint
  2. Go through each item on the list and record the meeting
  3. Draft the email: Outlook | New Email | Content Chooser | All Staff Email Templates | Select yakshaver-monthly-marketing-review

Scrum Meetings (every 1-2 weeks)

Attendees: Team, Scrum Master, Product Owner (if Adam is not available, a proxy PO may be present)

Agenda:

  1. Sprint Review
  2. Sprint Retrospective
  3. Sprint Planning
