During a project the account manager must:

  1. Call the Product Owner every two weeks to get a project update from their perspective
    • Are you satisfied with the progress of the project?
    • Are the developers communicating enough with you?
    • What are the challenges so far?
    • What are happy with so far?
    • How can we improve the process for you?
    • Talk about the financial status of the project
    • Talk about the timeline
  2. Identify any problems and fix them
  3. Email the project update to the developers, Product Owner, and copy in Adam and the Management team.
