During a project the account manager must:
- Call the Product Owner every two weeks to get a project update from their perspective
- Are you satisfied with the progress of the project?
- Are the developers communicating enough with you?
- What are the challenges so far?
- What are happy with so far?
- How can we improve the process for you?
- Talk about the financial status of the project
- Talk about the timeline
- Identify any problems and fix them
- Email the project update to the developers, Product Owner, and copy in Adam and the Management team.
