Snagit is a cool application for easy screen captures to create interesting training documents, collaborative design work, IT bug reports, and more. With its simple screen grab tool and impressive list of image editing features, the possibilities are endless.

- Navigate to https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions
- Select the product based off your operating system e.g. If you’re on Windows select “Snagit (Windows)”
- Select the right version:
- Windows: v19.1.7
- Mac OS: v19.1.12

- Open the downloaded file and follow the install instructions
- When prompted for a license key, get it from "SnagitLicense.txt" (only valid for v19)
- For Windows:
- Make sure you are connected to the Kiwi network and not the guest Wi-Fi network.
- Press “Windows Key + R” to open the “Run” menu
- Enter \\fileserver\SetupFiles\SetupNotMS\SetupProgram\TechSmith this will open a new folder window in the SSW fileserver
- For MacOS:
- Open Finder | Go | Connect to Server
- Enter “smb://fileserver.sydney.ssw.com.au” and click “Connect”
- Choose the option to connect as a registered user and enter your SSW login details
- Name: Active Directory username (i.e. your email)
- Password: [SSW password here]
- Navigate to smb://fileserver.sydney.ssw.com.au/SetupFiles/SetupNotMS/SetupProgram/TechSmith on the file server
- Install the custom SSW Snagit theme "SSW.snagtheme":
- Tip: Follow the Snagit tutorial to import the theme
- Windows: \\fileserver\DataSSW\DataSSWEmployees\Templates
- MacOS: smb://fileserver.sydney.ssw.com.au/DataSSW/DataSSWEmployees/Templates
