SSW uses officeatwork Content Chooser for our email templates. These are all stored in SharePoint. This tool simplifies the process of finding and using the specific templates you need.

What is officeatwork Content Chooser?

officeatwork Content Chooser is an add-on for Microsoft Office that allows you to access and insert templates directly from SharePoint into your Office documents.

Using Content Chooser

1. Open Outlook | Select New email (reply or new event works as well)
2. Select Content Chooser
3. First time only - Click Connect and sign in with your SSW credentials
4. This will open at 'All-Staff-Email-Templates’. Click the 'books' icon if you need another library (e.g. Sales-Email-Template)
