When making purchases online for SSW, always avoid using personal accounts. It's important that others (e.g., accountants or managers) can access the portal and review the entire purchase history in one place.
SSW benefits from the advent of centralized expense management systems. Expenses are now consolidated, tracked, and managed within a unified digital platform, with secure access stored and shared through Keeper.
SSW has to manage a lot of Taxi and Uber reimbursements, which are often cumbersome and time-consuming. To streamline the process, SSW has transitioned to Uber for Business, simplifying both trips and administration.
For business-related Uber rides, SSW can add employees to the Uber for Business program.

Ping an Uber Admin (Jimmy or Penny) to add you to the approved group.

SSW currently uses Qantas Business and Virgin Business to manage flights. Admins can easily access bookings when our ABN is provided at checkout.

When making an office purchase, first ask for approval before purchasing through an SSW vendor account.
Do not register a service using your personal information. Always use a shared inbox as the account owner, and then store and share the login details in Keeper securely.
For example, if you need to make online purchases from Coles, Woolworth, Amazon, eBay or Nespresso, do not use your personal account. Instead, retrieve the SSW login from Keeper. If you don't have access, request assistance from an SysAdmin.
When booking your accommodation online, ensure you use a registered account. This simplifies tracking your reservations and requesting tax invoices.
