At SSW, we get a free lunch on Fridays... Which is a nice end of the week for the crowd in the office.

You’ll get an email, and it will tell you what to do which is essentially (by 11:30am Sydney time):

  • Enter timesheets.
  • Have either finished or made some induction progress in the past week.
  • Answer Adam’s “Chewing the Fat” email as well (if there is one).

Your Office Manager/Admin will organise your order from the selected restaurant for the day. You can check out the Free Lunch Master.

Important: If expecting guests/clients, let your Office Manager/Admin know, so lunch can be organized for them too.

Note #1: You can buy lunch for yourself

  • If on site for a client or
  • If you're working in the office but the selected restaurant of the day does not cover your dietary requirements (e.g. vegan, halal)

Max. budget is $15 and then expense the claim (you’ll need the receipt).

Note #2: If you are working from home by any chance, unfortunately you don't get the free lunch.

China Office: Please follow the above rules, with these 2 differences:

  1. Enter timesheets by 11:30am Hangzhou time.
  2. If on site for a client, you can buy it for yourself (max. budget is $8 AUD) then ask the SSW Accountant (China) to reimburse you next time you’re in again. Keep the original receipt (Fapiao发票) with you.

France Office: Please follow the above rules, with these 2 differences:

  1. Enter timesheets by 11:30am Paris time.
  2. Walk to local restaurant (Chez Victor recommended for heathy food ! 🥗), your Office Manager will pay for the meal (max. budget is 12€/p - based on Victor's Sandwich/Salad + Drink)
